So one of my sessions last week was with this super nice family, Grandpa and Grandma were celebrating their 50th anniversary and what a better way to add to the celebration than taking pictures of the family in such an special time.
We were so lucky because it was the one day that didn't rain, the weather was actually nice and all the family was together celebrating Thanksgiving day.

And for the first time I'm showing a pic that I didn't add to the gallery.. I was trying something different here and it didn't work as I was hoping for, I wasn't able to rescue the color version of it but I kind of like the black and white version.. it has a lot more grain that what I'm comfortable with but they look so happy that I couldn't pass to post it here.
on a side note, Sherry (and all the curious people out there) about the white background. I have a mini portable "studio" I don't have lights and stuff but I do have a backdrop holder with different backgrounds.. I mainly use it with newborns, but for little M's session it was raining and I couldn't find the right ligth at his house so we did the whole session in his front porch, I didn't want the front door to show so I decided to use the background. :)
